You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services and AtMind AI Materials; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Services or AtMind AI Materials.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AtMind AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any media or distribution methods now known or later developed.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.
Some of our Services may require you to purchase a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees specified at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted.
We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our subscriptions at any time. If we change the pricing of an existing subscription, we will provide you with prior notice before such changes take effect.
